TKM GRUPP EXPANDS AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS IN ESTONIA

TALLINN, 07.01.2026 - Today, January 7, 2026, TKM Grupp AS’s subsidiary TKM Auto OÜ signed an agreement to acquire the Škoda dealership rights in Tallinn and Harju County through the purchase of companies Rohe Auto AS and SKO Motors OÜ.

“One of TKM Grupp’s strategic goals is the development and growth of the automotive segment. Expanding Škoda representation is the next logical step, as we already hold dealership rights for this brand in other Baltic capitals,” said Raul Puusepp, Chairman of the Management Board of TKM Grupp.

The Group’s automotive segment consists of an independent dealer network for KIA imports in the Baltics and a total of six retail and service centers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. In addition to retailing KIA and Škoda vehicles in all Baltic capitals after the completion of this transaction, the Group is also a Peugeot dealer in Estonia and Latvia. The automotive segment’s revenue in 2024 was €200.8 million.

“Although the current situation in the Estonian car market is rather challenging, adding such a strong brand as Škoda to our portfolio is an important step,” commented Jüri Kuusk, Chairman of the Management Board of TKM Auto. According to Kuusk, the transaction will increase TKM Grupp’s automotive segment turnover by nearly one-third. “In addition to selling Škoda vehicles, TKM Auto will also offer retail and wholesale of spare parts and accessories, as well as maintenance and repair services,” Kuusk added. With the integration of the new companies, approximately 100 new employees will join TKM Auto.
