NG Investeeringud OÜ Code of Conduct
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to establish a unified Group-wide framework of values and conduct that supports responsible and transparent management, risk prevention, the protection of the Group’s reputation, and the principles of sustainable development. The Code of Conduct forms part of the Group’s long-term business strategy and sets out the key principles that guide the activities of the Group’s management, employees, and cooperation partners.
The principles of the Code of Conduct are based on applicable national legislation and are aligned with internationally recognised standards and best practices for responsible and sustainable business conduct.

Reporting Misconduct
In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Persons Who Report Work-Related Breaches of European Union Law, NG Investeeringud OÜ has established a Group-wide reporting channel (whistleblowing channel/tip line).

The tip line is open to all persons who wish to report misconduct within the Group, including breaches of the Code of Conduct, committed by employees, cooperation partners, or their employees.
Reports are received and handled by the Internal Audit Department of TKM Grupp AS, a subsidiary of NG Investeeringud OÜ, ensuring confidentiality of the reporting person and an independent and transparent handling of reported cases.
What to report:
- Conduct that violates the Group’s Code of Conduct or applicable law.
- Conduct or activities that may cause reputational or financial damage to the Group.
After a report is submitted:
- Reports are reviewed in an objective and impartial manner.
- The reporting person may be contacted for additional information where necessary.
- The identity of the reporting person is protected in accordance with applicable law.
