AS TKM King was founded in 2013 by merging two companies acquired by the Tallinna Kaubamaja group in 2008 – Suurtüki NK OÜ (founded in 1995) and AS ABC King (founded in 1993). The company specializes in footwear retail.

AS TKM King is the 100% subsidiary company of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS.
Since 1997 the shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp have been quoted in the main list of Tallinn Stock Exchange (member of NASDAQ OMX Group), more info www.tkmgroup.ee/en.

The company operates two footwear retail chains – ABC King and Shu.
ABC King – fashion brands – 7 ABC King stores all over Estonia
SHU – footwear for practically minded customers - 15 SHU stores all over Estonia
2 outlet stores 

The total revenue of AS TKM King for 2018 was 9,95 million euro. ABC King employs on average 134 people.
