AS LIVIKO

Founded in 1898, Liviko is Estonia’s national producer of quality alcohol and the leading alcohol company that operates in all three Baltic countries. 

AS Liviko has a subsidiary SIA Liviko in Latvia and UAB Liviko in Lithuania.

There are more than 70 alcoholic beverages produced by Liviko. The company manufactures the following brands as  Viru Valge, Old Tallinn, Crafter’s London Dry Gin, Caribba Rum, Kännu Kukk, Silver Vodka and different Liviko’s liqueurs. Liviko brands have been awarded the title of the Best Alcohol in Estonia for several years.

Liviko has been trusted to represent locally a significant number of top alcohol producers of the world and to sell their beverages – Bacardi, Martini, Remy Martin, Cointreau, Bombay, Botanist,  Metaxa, St.Remy, Nemiroff, Grey Goose , Whyte & Mackay, LeMarque, Boulard, Baron Otard, Unicognac, Fentimans and Lurisia, among others. The wine portfolio imported by Liviko consists of more than 400 names.

The ISO quality management system has been implemented in Liviko since 1997.
In cooperation with the international audit firm Bureau Veritas Quality International, the quality standards and certifications have been updated – 27/11/2012 ISO 9001:2008 – "Production, import and marketing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks"

Liviko distributes about a third of its production to different export markets all over the world, at tax-free-markets and travel trade of neighbouring countries. The biggest export markets are the Baltic states, Finland, Russia and Ukraine. The largest export clients are Alko, Kapo Duty Free, Vinfort, Heineman, Interbrands.

In local market the largest clients are Selver, Coop Eesti, Maxima Eesti, Rimi Baltic Eesti.

As a producer of quality alcohol, Liviko has taken on the role of the Estonian promoter of alcohol culture and has taken the lead in the responsible and moderate consumption of alcohol.

In 2018 AS Liviko paid 40.9 million euro of excise duty on alcohol. The consolidated sales revenue of the company was 124.8 million euro and the average number of employees was 262.
