OÜ Roseni Kinnisvara was founded in 2004. The company owns the real estate at Ahtri street 4 in Tallinn city centre. 

The main business of Roseni Kinnisvara OÜ is the development of the real estate in the company's possession. The Ahtri 4 property is situated by the Põhjaväil, which connects the east and west sides of Tallinn and is next to the modern Rotermann Quarter. Within a walking distance on one side is the historic Old Town of Tallinn and on the other side the largest shopping centre in Tallinn centre, Viru Keskus.
Roseni Kinnisvara OÜ is planning to build and rent out a business and office building on the property.  The construction field of the house is 2,038 square meters and the building is planned to have six stories above ground and two underground floors. The spacious atrium overlooks Tallinn Harbour.
In 2018, the company is working on the development of the real estate project.
